Common questions

• I can't sign in. Check your email/password; password resets are handled by email — contact us below and we'll sort it out.
• Scanning or importing says I've hit a daily limit. AI-powered features (bottle scanning, recipe import) have a daily per-account limit to keep the service sustainable. Limits reset each day. Everything else in the app is unaffected.
• A scan or import got something wrong. You can edit anything the AI drafted before saving — nothing is stored without your review.
• How do I delete my account? Account → Delete Account in the app removes your account and all data immediately.
